User-initiated cancellations:

Subscriptions (Core, Momentum plans) can be canceled anytime via the user dashboard.

Once canceled, users will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
Service issues or system errors:

If users experience service disruptions due to system errors or technical faults, please contact our support team. Refunds or credits may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
ユーザーによるキャンセル：

サブスクリプション（Coreプラン、Momentumプラン）は、ユーザーダッシュボードからいつでもキャンセル可能です。

キャンセル後も、現在の請求期間の終了までは利用が可能です。未使用期間の返金は行いません。
サービス不具合の場合：

システムエラーや技術的問題によるサービス障害が発生した場合は、サポートまでご連絡ください。返金またはクレジットの付与を個別に対応いたします。
